Mark Company was originally incorporated in October 1964. For 20 years this company performed fine grade and paving work. In 1989 Mark Company was purchased by the Pack family. Under their leadership the company began growing into other areas of general engineering contracting—concrete, pipeline and site grading. As the company grew it established a reputation for quality work and responsiveness.

At this time we have completed thousands of infrastructure projects in residential tracts, multi-family housing complexes and commercial projects in Southern California. Mark Company has extensive experience in performing infill and redevelopment projects. We have built an organization based upon experienced superintendents and foremen.

Mark Company’s ability to construct all site infrastructure improvements is a significant value to it’s clients by eliminating multiple contracts and the problems associated with managing multiple contractors. Field schedules are easier to coordinate resulting in shorter response time. There is no confusion as to which subcontractor might be responsible for a problem.

Our company has the resources to turnkey your construction projects, or to work as a single trade subcontractor. We are continually striving to offer our clients more services to better meet their construction requirements. Today Mark Company uses its own in-house crews to handle all your grading, asphalt, concrete and pipeline projects.

Safety is a priority at Mark Company. All of our crews hold weekly safety meetings. We have our job sites routinely inspected by a professional safety consultant. We maintain a rigorous safety training schedule. Mark Company has a complete safety program with an SB198 and MSDS available to all clients.
